By downloading and using the Pickup app, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order or creating an account.
1. Use of Service
Pickup provides an on-demand grocery and food delivery platform connecting you with partner stores and restaurants. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate account and delivery information.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Orders & Payments
All prices are shown at checkout and may include delivery and service fees. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. Promotional codes such as FRESH20 are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Delivery & Cancellations
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. You may cancel an order before it is prepared for a full refund. Once an order is being prepared or dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
5. Refunds & Returns
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 48 hours and we will issue a refund or replacement. Perishable goods cannot be returned once delivered, but we will always make it right if the quality does not meet our standard.
6. Partner Restaurants & Stores
Pickup partners with third-party restaurants, grocers, and retailers whose products and pricing are set by them. Availability, images, and descriptions are provided by our partners and may vary. Brand names shown on this site belong to their respective owners.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including submitting fraudulent orders, abusing promotions, harassing delivery partners, or attempting to interfere with the app’s security. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
8. Privacy & Data
We collect only the information needed to process your orders and improve your experience, including delivery details and payment data handled by secure providers. We never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pickup provides its service on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from delays, partner errors, or events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the revised version here and update the date above. Continuing to use Pickup after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
